ZP-60 is a 1.44 MW (DC) installation consisting of two arrays (ZP-60A and ZP60B) situated in Spencer, MA. Made up of 4,123 panels, this project will generate approximately 1,800,000 kWh/year.
ZP-60A
Size (DC): 0.7 MW
Size (AC): 0.5 MW
kWh/yr: 897,000
ZP-60B
Size (DC): 0.7 MW
Size (AC): 0.5 MW
kWh/yr: 897,000
Over the course of a year, ZP-60 will have offset approximately 1,472 tons of Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
To put that in perspective, 1,472 tons of CO2 is equivalent to the emissions created from:
consuming 150,000 gallons of gasoline,
burning 1.46 million pounds of coal; or,
driving 3.37 million miles in an average passenger vehicle.
Please note that these estimates are approximate and are not being used for emission inventory or formal carbon footprinting exercises. These estimates were calculated using the Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies Calculator provided by the EPA in November, 2018.
